The Gammangwato Development Committees were established by Kgosi Kgolo Khama IV to guide the sustainable development of all seven districts of Gammangwato. Our mission is to create a unified approach to community growth by fostering initiatives across key sectors, including tourism, agriculture, youth and sports, culture and heritage, infrastructure, finance, dignity restoration, and media and communications. Through collaboration, innovation, and a deep commitment to the well-being of our communities, we strive to empower residents, build capacity, and create opportunities that enrich lives across the region.
